"Nin Mahzen," Turkey's first personalized #degustator, brought to life by Kadri Hasdemir, is a private wine tasting and presentation cellar. The wines showcased in Nin Mahzen are produced in the vineyards of #Gökçeada with a hundred percent natural content, adopting #organic and #biodynamic production methods, avoiding animal-derived and additive materials. These wines are meticulously crafted, aged for a minimum of six months in #natural #oak and #steel barrels, tailored to the type of wine. Due to their significantly lower production compared to industrial methods, these wines, not available in any market or store, are exclusively presented through tasting appointments, face-to-face, to suit your taste.

With an alcohol content ranging from 12.9% to 13.9%, these wines are prepared using entirely natural fermentation methods, and their prices vary based on the grape type and aging rate. Just before the tasting, degustator Berk Rona provides a brief degustation training. The purchased wines are then arranged in natural wooden crates and sent to your address based on the quantity. Some families choose a unique gift option by purchasing a wine from the year of their child's birth and entrust it to Nin Mahzen for aging until their child turns eighteen.

If you want to experience something different, make your special occasions more meaningful, or add a special touch to your ordinary days from nature, be sure to schedule an appointment with Nin Mahzen soon.

Renklerin İzinde - The exhibition on mythology is waiting for visitors at CKM until January 31st!

Today, I attended the opening of the "In the Trail of Colors" (Renklerin İzinde) Culture and Art Community's exhibition on the theme of "Mythology," which is the final stop of their trilogy at Istanbul's Caddebostan Cultural Center. This collective group, consisting of people from various professions interested in painting, regularly comes together to create artwork based on a common theme. This time, they shaped their works within the framework of the mythology theme for the third part of the trilogy. The first two legs of the exhibition took place in Bursa and Ayvalık. Despite being a collective project, it pleased me as a colorful person to see almost everyone from diverse professional backgrounds choosing vibrant colors consistently. For those who love mythology and lively colors, I can say it's an exhibition that will leave you with positive feelings as a viewer. :) The exhibition can be visited at Caddebostan Cultural Center, 4th floor, Foyer ar...
